Schools were closed in Fremont County because of the snow conditions.
Temperatures are falling and should stay in the single digits most of the day. Winds are expected to increase to 10 to 15 miles per hour with gusts up to 20 mph making wind chills well below zero.
Overnight wind chills may go as low as 20 to 35 degrees below zero. At those temperatures, it takes only 30 minutes for frost bite to set in on exposed flesh.
